Transitions comprise so much of our lives

A definitive property to the quality of our life is in how we are able to make, define and adapt to transition. Instead of our focus racing to end result goals, can we slow down enough to enjoy the beautiful process of adapting? It's true, when we slow down, we meet with ourselves, our tendencies, and our voice. We notice our wobbles, our oftentimes negative self talk, the parts of us we'd rather hide, but when we courageously activate awareness, we tune to our innate desire and our capacity to shift and grow something new in ourselves. We begin to welcome life's transitions as avenues for growth and know the privilege of process. We discover our beautiful resiliency, we also discover our increased capacity for joy from one moment to the one that follows, and the one that follows that.

Things always get uncomfortable before they change.

Your mat is a place for process to practice in you.

Welcoming you to trust the process,
Jill
