Beginners Yoga Workshop 

Series tentatively will repeat again beginning of 2025.

This 4-week course is very specially designed for brand new yoga students. If you’ve been wanting to try yoga and felt intimidated to walk into a studio for a class, this 4-week course will provide you ease to entry. My hope is to demystify yoga and allow it to be both meaningful and relevant for you. This course can also serve a kindness in “welcoming you back” to a practice you’ve been away from for a while, as well as for those who would like a deeper knowledge of basic yoga postures and practices. We will breakdown the fundamentals of yoga in a way that I believe will be most foundational for you and allow you access to immediate effectiveness for your body.

Starting something new is hard. Being a beginner is something we access less and less over time, and yet, it’s good for our brains and our wellbeing. When we share trying something new with others also trying something new, we become a part of a community brought together by one common thing. One common thing and we find support and encouragement for our individual and collective growth. Sometimes, we even make friends. Cheers to that!
