Feel good Fall
When we feel good, we think with more positivity and clarity, we speak more positively, make better decisions and create better habits. We have a greater capacity to hold hope for the future, making deposits into a healthier and happier one.
These past 2+ years have challenged us in ways we are still unraveling and coming to recognize again and again. But, with one positive choice begins a trajectory to one more. I hope yoga continues to be a part of your trajectory or can even become your first positive choice toward a feel good future. As the season begins to slow in nature, it can also bring us a more reflective time, a time perhaps to go a bit more inward and assess how we show up for ourselves. It just might be time for your practice in and into feeling good.
