💜Yogis know body, mind & spirit work together

What happens to us physically truly impacts how we think and feel. What we dwell on in our thoughts impacts our physical body wellness. When we hold onto things, we create stagnation in our thinking as well as in our bodies. Bodies have a way of keeping score of all of it. What you do with difficult times and things ultimately determines our health.

Do you ?

  • Avoid feeling, thinking about what hurts and therefore disconnect to ourselves. Toxic Positivity

  • Acknowledge hard, grow bitter, resentful and stuck.

  • Acknowledge hard, feel it, know it, then decide when it's time to find release and let it go. To all things there are seasons and always mercies.

Moving our bodies is far more than our physical postures in yoga. When we move with awareness, we call ourselves back to feeling, knowing and trusting ourselves. We begin a healthier conversation that awakens our creativity, our vibrancy and artistry by which we paint our lives.

Studies have shown that when we practice movement together and in unison, we feel so much better. When we feel good, we promote our brain health!

A small (and growing) community of all level yogis who have found, re-found and refreshed their yoga practice in their lives and have grown friendships beyond the mat.
You are welcomed here.

Yoga is a practice to help us find a bit more space, a bit more peace, a bit more strength, more resilience, wellness and regulation. Yoga is kind, never a bully. It has a way of whispering us back to ourselves that sometimes we can lose along the way. It whispers to our innate intelligence for healing, installs a gratitude for showing up today while sweetly and kindly inspiring us forward and into our tomorrows. Pages of our stories have yet to be written. Let's move well, breathe better, and write those wonder-filled pages.

I also think yoga should be fun.
