Happy first regular week of 2020! Refreshing!

Having holidays in the middle of the week has thrown me off since Christmas. Anyone?! It feels so good to be getting back to normal. Ha! Normal! Still not entirely sure if "normal" exists, but you know what I mean. I'm also working on getting my sleep back. Having my college kids home for the holidays has been a blast, but keeping up with their late nights is finally taking its toll. TIIIIIRRRREEEDDDDDD. 

For the first month of a brand new year, let alone decade, how about we awaken to a newness in our yoga practice? How about approaching our practice as though we were a beginner again? What will we notice that perhaps we had forgotten or taken for granted? Sometimes in the familiar, we can find nuance and a sweet refreshing. I'm looking forward to some of that discovery this month. I hope you will join me.
