Beautiful Fall Day and also these hard days...and months.

I hope you're enjoying these beautiful Fall days as of late. The sun is warm against the brisk fresh air on my skin and I'm reminded again, how good it is to be here and to be alive. I'm reminded of our yoga practice. With so much spinning around us, more stimuli, more outrage, more fear and more anxiety, yoga offers tools to help us find calm and center for our nervous systems, our minds, our hearts. Our adrenals and immune systems need healing. Inside each of us, we hold innate wisdom in our bodies and minds allowing us to heal. Yoga is a conduit gaining us access and replenishment for our depleted selves.
