Love is our open hands and a loose grip

Love may not conquer all, but it certainly can aid in healing. Cultivating the emotional support of friends, family, and community has been demonstrated repeatedly to improve health and healing. A regular yoga practice helps develop friendliness, compassion, and greater equanimity.

As we approach the end of our first month of the new year, and step into February, no matter if you've set New Year resolutions or not, no matter if they're working and you're sticking with it/them or not, life is an evolution. We lose our balance, fall over, but we get back up and keep moving forward. We may for sure change some things along the way. Our yoga practice is a helpful place to showing us the things that no longer heal, giving space to the practice of letting go. With open hands, we loosen our grip. Our hearts open and we find friendships and we grow into our next thing.

Open hands at ready everyone. :)
